Brad works with teams to determine why things cost what they do, and find ways to make them cost less from raw material to product build through the supply chain and ultimately the consumer shelf. He finds new ways of delivering the same or improved value to the consumer at reduced cost. Brad deliver value through insight and a unique lens that offers a new perspective to the existing status quo. Our teams determine the value and the promise of the product to the end consumer, and we strive to reduce or remove the non-value adds.
